Influencer Representation Agreement

1. Parties & purpose

This Influencer Representation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Talent”, “Creator”, “you”) and Livio Creators (“Livio”, “we”, “us”), a talent management company based in Prishtina, Kosovo.

By submitting an application through liviocreators.com and checking the consent box, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by it if accepted onto our roster.

2. Application & portfolio

You voluntarily provide personal information, social media profiles, creative direction, and portfolio images for the purpose of talent review and potential representation.

You confirm that all materials submitted are yours (or you have full rights to use them), accurately represent you, and do not infringe any third-party rights.

3. Representation & commission

If accepted, Livio may negotiate and manage brand partnerships, campaigns, and commercial opportunities on your behalf within Kosovo and internationally.

For paid brand work sourced, negotiated, or managed by Livio, Talent agrees to a commission of fifty percent (50%) of gross campaign fees payable to Talent, taxes included in the calculation basis as invoiced to the brand unless otherwise agreed in writing per campaign.

• The 50% commission covers Livio’s management, negotiation, production coordination, and administrative handling of the booking.
• Talent receives the remaining fifty percent (50%) as their net participation, subject to any lawful withholdings Talent is required to pay directly to tax authorities.
• Specific campaign terms (deliverables, usage, exclusivity, timeline) will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4. Taxes & invoicing

Talent is responsible for their own tax compliance, registrations, and filings in Kosovo or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Livio may issue or coordinate invoicing as required by local law and campaign structure. Tax treatment depends on Talent’s legal status (individual, business, etc.) and will be discussed during onboarding.

5. Conduct & brand safety

Talent agrees to deliver agreed content professionally, respect campaign briefs, and avoid conduct that could reasonably harm Livio’s reputation or partner brands.

Livio may decline or withdraw representation if material misrepresentation, harassment, fraud, or serious breach of partner terms occurs.

6. Data & privacy

Personal data and images are processed to review applications, maintain our roster, present you to brands, and operate our platform. See our Privacy Policy for retention and rights.

You may request correction or deletion of application data subject to legal and contractual obligations.

7. Term & withdrawal

This Agreement applies from the moment you submit your application. If not accepted, no representation relationship is formed.

If accepted, either party may end the representation with written notice, subject to completion of active campaigns and settlement of outstanding fees.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kosovo. Disputes shall first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, competent courts in Prishtina shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
